Straight outta the bowels of yesterday, The Partisans, devotees of the old school, returning to the roots they never left-sixteen years ago and all is as it was… does it sound dated, most certainly and in a refreshingly snotty sort of way. This three track EP entitled "So Neat" and "now you're worth nothing again…" ah yes, the chorus of "Classified Info" just rings and rings in yer head, one part Clash, one part Business, slightly Damned, and really where have all the good times gone? Apparently holed up with the rest of the tracks that didn't appear on this record… I mean, how many years and this is the best they could muster? But the tunes are cool-gotta rich, rebel vibe runnin' through 'em, grudgeless, tuneful and… whoa a CD bonus track not featured on the 7"... you lucky bastards. Alright enough, The Partisans are back… at least partly, now toss aside the excuses and get on wit it! Released by TKO Records Review by Vinnie
