Pure death. nothing fancy, no underlying light and harmony, just bone-crunching, disastrous masochistic mayhem-straight from the bowels of The Berserker! Yes, the wondrous presence of power and might-we've got a human drum machine going absolutely ballistic here-synthetic shredding and high-tech torture reign down like a hail of bullets, surrounding you, like your worst nightmare revisited, there's no where to run from this Hellish creation. The Berserker unleashed! Add to this a straight out of 60's SCI-FI/horror narration adding to the already tension-filled atmosphere and childhood fears come to life! Like some futuristic killing machine on the prowl-the sounds of rage and fury heard within the ranks of what turns out to be a heaving helping of industrial chaos! This self-titled/inflicted wound of an album tears a piece of flesh right out of the Mortician's handbook-virtual entranceways into the blackened mind via twisted narrative sequences and the ensuing terror by way of chainsaw-like riffs, and mechanically-altered sound effects. The Cannibal's will have their feast tonight as The Berserker plows through a fast approaching obsoletion of humanity! I know what I have witnessed. now it is your turn. Released by Earache
