Welcome to the Regulators 'Bar & Grill', in which they serve you up 11 tracks of great rock blues. This is one hell of a disc and from the opener 'Breakin' Out' right the way through to the last track 'Sweet Sustain', you are served with a good old fashioned blend of pure rock with some blues mixed in, not to mention a piece in the middle of all this, 'Maple Leaf Rag', a thirty six second ragtime blast, which serves as the perfect appetizer for the following track 'My Bags Are Packed'.

All of the musicians mentioned above are obviously very talented and this shows through the entire disc.

Stand out tracks for me are 'Breakin' Out', 'Eatin' Crow' and 'The Fire'.

Nice touch with the packaging too, using the tracks and timings as a menu and price guide.

I'll definitely be going back to the Regulators 'Bar & Grill.....
