The first track is 'Hurry', a good fast paced R'n'B track, similar in a way to early Dr. Feelgood. The vocals most of the time are quite soulfull, but occassionally come over a bit more aggressively. This track has a great rhythm and there's a nice lead break

The next track and title track is 'Pull', this is more R'n'B but it's got more of a funky beat to it. There's some nice guitar work and I particulary like the way the vocals are done. This ones got a punchy chorus with some nice backing vocals from Sophie. There's also a great guitar solo.

The third track is 'Bite The Bullet', this track has a slow rhythm and is more blues influenced, nice guitar work. There's some nice harmonies, and good vocals from Sophie. The vocals on this track are a kind of mix between rap style and normal.

The next track is 'Drive It Home', this is another good R'n'B track, fairly slow rhythm. great vocals, some excellent bass and drums and some superb guitar work. This track is also to be featured in the upcoming action-adventure film "Airboss".

'Price of Emotion', is fairly laidback, there are some nice elements that have been added, and some of the vocals remind me a little of Elvis Costello.

The sixth track is 'No Carrier', this is a nice track with a slow rhythm again with more in a blues feel to it. There's some great vocals from Jonathan and Sophie. Great drums and bass, and superb guitar and it's just one of those tracks that sticks in your memory.

The next track is 'Afraid To Fly', on this track there's a nice combination of acoustic and electric guitars. This is quite a mellow track with a heavy drum sound.

'Morning Light', is again more of a blues track which is kind of funky. The guitar work on this track reminds me a little of Steely Dan and Eric Clapton.

The ninth track is 'Tears On Ice', more R'n'b, this is a superb track with a great rhythm. This is another catchy tune with some fine guitar work, great vocals.

The final track is 'Come Out And Play' which is a great track with some nice guitar work, nice vocals and great drums and a catchy chorus.

Pull is an excellent album, it's kinda laidback but after a few listens it really grows on you.
Just one more thing, PLAY IT LOUD!!!
