Born in Hell

Lobotomy

So what do we have here?

"Born in Hell," "Fistful of Demons," "Dead…"

You get the idea something must have gone drastically wrong between birth and adolescence!

Lobotomy is Sweden's latest entry into the intermingling of the living and the dead… and who'd have thought such tormented souls could rise up and have this kind of impact!

Lobotomy, as medically frightening as that is to think about, as a band, puts real world experience into perspective, taking the name, the songs and their lyrics into consideration… not for the weak hearted to say the least.

Death growls run rampant, sounding the alarm that life as we know it is not quite the storybook fantasy we'd all like to believe.

Following along what becomes an increasingly graphic depiction of triumph over tragedy hosted in the form of "Burden of Sin," "Ashes," and "Painreleaser," you'll either stand up and be counted or drop completely dead of exhaustion.

Lobotomy, not unlike many bands of similar attributes, reaches far below the surface of the titles, impressing the lyrical crudeness of their thoughts-a violently cruel reaction to the harrowing experiences of our plagued existence in a world embedded in corruption and sin!
