Venom spewed is venom lost and they ain't about saving any for future use. Light is the Language are out there pretty far, dancing through the minefields, firing at will, ducking for cover, contemplating an uncertain future and past gone mad on this apocalyptic new release. A five-some, Light is the Language is an oddly titled band, an apparent product of exhaustive reading, with an oddly titled album and intriguing song labels, that've stretched to the limits a popularized element in Hard-Core music that bleeds pure Noise with melody and emotion-put to scathing vocals and trade off guitar harmonics and heavy rhythmic capacity. Evident graduates of the Ginsburg school of social decay, they re-interpret the horror from an insider perspective on "I Was Born A Vietnam Vet," a torturous song for a tortured soul; "The Digital Wendingo Vs. The Little Guy" is about God knows what but in a nutshell, bend over and be the good soldier; "The Mating Habits Of A Blind Misanthrope's" worth mentioning because it just is. A great deal of thought and emotion must have went in here and the playing's tight and traumatic as you'd expect. The output's raw and aggressive,
