The tracks are 'Bastard Story', 'Sip', 'Jim Bitch', 'What I Said'.
Bastard Story is a 4 track E.P. that tells a tale of a twisted
mind, not unlike the now classic Alice Cooper LP of the seventies
'Welcome To My Nightmare' and why, oh why couldn't Killswitch
have extended this 4 track E.P. to a full blown CD. Because if
they had we would almost certainly have had a classic on our hands.
The self titled track 'Bastard Story' open the show, a story
of murder most foul, and then the next two tracks tell of remorse,
trying to justify to who will that the crime was justified, ending
the whole affair with 'What I Said' a track that deals with
love and obsession.
It must be pointed out that the above comments are my own interpretation
of the 4 songs on this E.P. (there is a bonus track, title unknown
which sounds like old dialogue from a 40's gangster movie)
Anyway, however you interpret this E.P. you can't argue that this
is one of the finest most original pieces of music, I have heard in
a long time.
A must for lovers of music everywhere.
