Inhuman are a Portuguese gothic metal band who formed in 1992. Their sound is similar to bands such as The Sisters Of Mercy, Paradise Lost, Moonspell and Type O Negative. Although I would have to say that on occassions I heard a hint of thrash thrown in.

There is a strong use of keyboards throughout this follow up album entitled 'Foreshadow'. The first album was called 'Strange Desire' and was released in 1996. The guitar work is heavy with monsterous riffs and some stunning lead breaks. The drum work is excellent throughout, very solid and extremely fast at times. Great bass work and the vocals are just wonderful from Pedro, although a little similar to Wayne Hussey fro the Sisters Of Mercy.

My favourite tracks are 'Shadowy But Immortal', this has a great intro with some heavy bass going from speaker to speaker, atmospheric guitar before the band comes in at full power. 'A Blessing In Disguise', is quite an atmospheric track with some great vocals, superb guitar and keyboards. 'Divinity' starts with some nice keyboards and a great driving bass sound. Followed shortly by the whole band coming in. This track has quite a catchy tune and chorus. 'Lifeless Seasons', Just a great track with some superb guiatr and keyboards. And 'Stigma' is another very catchy tune with superb vocals, great bass, keyboards and drums.

A great album!!!
