The Time It Takes To Let Go EP

Dopamine

Wow! and they say British rock music is dead. Damn that. Heard these guys on radio one and managed to blag a copy of their upcoming CD 'The Time It Takes To Let Go'.

Awesome! It's+ a mixture of heavy and melodic rock..

Track one 'Everything you need to know about breaking hearts' is a melodic affair. It has good disjointed guitar which borders on lost prophetness without being numetal mixed with a strong beat and an epic chorus.

This is followed by 'Sick Lie Future' which is the track I heard on radio one. This rocks pretty hard with hints of screamo and again perfect guitarwork. I've a feeling this song is going to be an underground hit.

'Seconds To Choose Your Fate' is next followed by 'Leave Luck To Heaven'. Yeah both of these tracks are definitely worthy of a place alongside the rest of the tracks. This is good Welsh rock... very good Welsh rock.

Now finally here is my only critisism. Why the hell is closing track 'Six Miles South Of Home'not further up in the tracklisting and why is it not the song I heard on Radio one. This is an absolute stunner of a song. I haven't heard a chorus this infectious from a real rock band with real dirty industrial guitars for a heck of a long time. The whole tune is laid out fantastically.

It's not emo...it's less whiney. It's not numetal...it's more interesting and fresh. I don't know what it is but it rocks. Anyway if you like heavy melodic music this is a+ must. The EP should be out now in the shops.
