"So Impossible"

Dashboard Confessional

This four song EP, much like their name would indicate, plays it straight and sincere, almost pulling the words straight from a soap script, the two players incorporate the romantic charm into their heart-tugging acoustic ballads that sound like a dead-on version of The
Cure without the glam and glitter.

Throw in a down to earth Oasis in a genuflective "Wonderwall" mood and you're not far off with "So Impossible," an elegant display of affection and bliss that's a little too grown up for mainstream.

They begin to hint at an emotional undercurrent during their "Hands Down" closer that could reveal a more spirited presence as the story unfolds, which would provide a welcome
element to the otherwise uni-dimensional phase they've placed themselves in.
