Rise Up

Crackdown

These guys want to change the world.

They have "unbiased minds against the darkness of ignorance, the same darkness which breeds nazism, racism and every crime against humanity....."

They also have a groovey rap song at the end of the album (which is about them and not by them) which tells us that they feel ".... condemnation for a world where things are so f....d up......"

As for their music, well, I have ambivalent views on it, Individually the songs are great; real hardcore, agressive stuff, trouble is, the songs are not varied enough to keep my attention, both vocally and musically.

They make me feel like i'm being bombarded by the music, rather than letting me take it all in at my own pace. Having said that though, I can imagine that this quartet are pretty much mind blowing live; the kind of gig you would go to and come home knackered and bruised from the stage diving and moshing that must go on.

It's not the worst CD i've ever heard, but it's also not the most imaginative, It's full of good intentions though!
