If I should compare this album with another one, it would be David T. Chastain's "Acoustic Visions" (1999). Pierre Bensusan's new album "Intuite" is a brilliant solo acoustic instrumental album, just like "Acoustic Visions".

It's just that Pierre is a much better guitarist, a true virtuoso, at least when it comes to this genre. David T. Chastain is better known as a heavy metal guitar shredder.

This album has depth, substance, passion, beauty and grace. Of course there are a lot of complexity on this album too, but that's not what you think of in the first place. Actually it's the good melodies that make you shiver, not the musical skills.

This is the strongest acoustic guitar player album I've heard in a very long time.
