Paradise Lost has a lot to answer for. To begin with, by making countless Euro extreme metal bands think they'd be better off going Goth. To say they didn't influence Braindance would be utter crap as is evident on each and every track of 'Redemption'.

The vocal style is very similar to that of the Paradise Lost front man, but that's not a bad thing, that's a good thing!

Sebastian Elliott is a very competent vocalist/musician and has a body the girls are gonna go gaga for, but don't feel left out fella's, Vora Vor, the other half of this outfit, is well worth a look too, a stunning looking feamle with eyes to die for!!

Anyway, lets get back to the reason why we're here-the music!

We have 10 tracks o offer here and as mentioned previuosly bear a lot of resemblance to a certain band from the north of England. But don't take anything away from Braindance as they have produced a very good disc or your listening pleasures.

The music on this disc is incredibly poweful, every track is just sheer delight to listen too. There is just not one track on 'Redemption' that I wouldn't listen too over and over again, in fact on some days Ijust haven't been able to stop listening to this disc.

The songs are full of stunning melodies, but contain areas that are dark, emotional, haunting, atmospheric, and at times simply beautiful.

What more can I say, than if your into bands such as Paradise Lost, this will be right up your street, Go out and Buy!!!

I note from the liner notes that there are another 2 discs on offer from the band, if thats the case than I would love to hear some more.
